TCS&D Show

Exhibition & Conference

June 25-26 2019

East of England Arena, Peterborough

TCS&D Events have been informed that there have been attempts by “unauthorized” organisations claiming that they are collecting outstanding monies in respect of the TCS&D Show and other UK and European Events. This is a CRIMINAL SCAM!

If you are in any doubt about invoices received from our event or any communication relating to our event then please call our offices on +44 (0)1732 868288.

The Temperature Controlled Storage & Distribution Exhibition is now in its 5th year. As an established exhibition and conference for the frozen and chilled foods and pharmaceutical sectors, the TCS&D event has now returned to its roots at the East of England Arena in Peterborough.

The TCS&D Show will continue to promote innovation and technology in the perishable product supply chain and will once again provide opportunity for your business to engage, and sell to, a focused audience. But in 2019 the event will be adding new features and delivering a bigger and better experience for exhibitors and visitors.

TCS&D 2019 will put you directly in front of the people who really matter to your business, giving you the chance to meet current and prospective customers and showcase your brand.

New Features Include:

  • 4 new free-to-attend seminar areas, Storage & Transport Hub, Refrigeration Hub, Innovation Hub and The Big Issues Hub.
  • A brand-new concierge service will be available to visitors who wish to meet specific exhibitors.
  • A new Demonstration area, displaying the latest material handling equipment.
  • A new Outside Display Area with a “Ride & Drive Experience” track.

    Travelling by Car

Arriving by car, you will be guided to one of our hard standing or grassed free parking areas. There are 22,000 spaces – so plenty of room for everyone. We also have plenty of disabled parking bays.

Travelling from Peterborough City Centre – take the Nene Parkway/A1260, follow directions to Oundle Road/A605 and turn right onto this road, which will lead you directly to the venue. The brown highway signs indicating East of England Showground will help to guide you. The journey is approximately 16 minutes from the centre of Peterborough.

Travelling from the A1(M) South – continue along the A1(M), passing the Peterborough Services (Extra MSA); continue forward onto the A1 and then take the next turn left, signposted East of England Showground. At the junction with the A605, turn left and travel half a mile. At the roundabout, turn right, and you have arrived at Peterborough Arena.

Travelling from the A1(M) North – ignore the very first signpost for Peterborough and continue travelling along the A1 picking up the brown highways signposts indicating East of England Showground. Follow these signs and leave the A1 at Alwalton, taking you through the village and onto the A605 Oundle Road junction. Turn left at this junction and at the very next roundabout, turn right and you’ve arrived at Peterborough Arena. If you are in a heavy vehicle, or towing a trailer, we advise you to avoid driving through Alwalton. In this case continue on the A1, leaving at Junction 17. Turn left onto Fletton Parkway A1139. After half a mile exit onto the Orton Parkway (still A1139) taking the second exit at the roundabout. Continue on Orton Parkway at the next roundabout. After half a mile turn left onto Oundle Road where you will find the entrance of the Arena on your left after 600m.

    Travelling by Train

Peterborough is located on the East Coast Main line running from London Kings Cross to Edinburgh. A number of fast trains run on this network, making London accessible in 45 minutes on specific trains.

The station has its own taxi rank, which means reaching Peterborough Arena is approximately 15 minutes away once the train has arrived in the station.
